Dr Omkar Dastane obtained his PhD in Business from Curtin University and is an Assistant Professor at the UCSI Graduate Business School, UCSI University, Malaysia. Dr Omkar’s research mainly emphasises digital consumer behaviour and the technological impact on businesses. His research has been published in several international journals and books including Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services among others. He is also an active reviewer for Web of Science and Scopus Indexed Journals.
